What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a 50% refund if you need to cancel more than 30 days in advance. We always suggest trip insurance, which is offered at the time of booking. Please make sure to check your dates with the entire group before booking.

What is up with the security deposit and rental agreement?

The security deposit is $500. However, it’s not actually collected. It is a hold placed on your card. The starts two days before your arrival and last until two days after your check out. The security hold will auto-renew after 5 days, so you will likely see it refresh at some point during your stay. This is not an additional charge, it is simply the same hold refreshing.

We’ve never had to keep a security deposit. We understand that incidental things might occur like a nosebleed on sheets or a glass is broken. The security deposit is really to protect us against blatant damage in the event someone throws a party. It also is a deterrent for groups that might not be as respectful/careful.

What is the pet policy?

We permit dogs for an optional pet fee of $150 per dog per stay.

What is the Occupancy and how many adults can comfortably sleep?

Can we have an early check-in?

It is dependent on if we have a stay leaving the same morning, but typically 1 pm is the earliest we can accommodate so there is a proper cleaning for your arrival. We have to get final approval from our cleaning team before committing. Best to check 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.

Can we get a late check-out?

Please make the request and it will depend on whether we have a stay coming behind your stay and if our cleaners have enough time to clean between.

Can the pool be heated?

Yes, upon request for an optional fee of $150 per day from October though May and $100/night June though September.

Can we heat the pool in the winter?

During winter, the pool is equipped with freeze protection. When air temperatures drop below 35°F, the heater automatically shuts off and the pool will cool. The longer the heater is off, the more the water temperature will drop—and the longer it will take to reheat once temperatures rise again. The pool will not begin heating again until the air temperature rises above 35°F, and in colder conditions it may take most or all of the day to reach the target temperature. In these conditions, the pool will not maintain the target temperature of 82–85°F. As a result, there may be only a short window of comfortable swimming, even though the full heating fee still applies.

Do you supply firewood? How can we get firewood?

There is sometimes wood left over from guests that you are more than welcome to use. Otherwise, a firewood delivery can be arranged. There will be further details on this upon booking.

What supplies are included?

We supply a fully stocked kitchen as well as bathroom supplies and a smores amenity kit for your family to use around the fire.

Is there a grill? Do we need to bring propane?

Yes! We do provide an outdoor grill along with propane.

Do you have a pack n play for babies?

Yes!
